Good Seed Design Payment Policy 2010

PAYMENT POLICY:

This document is intended to clarify the payment policy of Aric Wickliff/Good Seed Design.

All costs are subject to increase based on the following circumstances:

• Rush orders (Add $25) for designs to be delivered within and up to 48 hours.
• Extended turnaround time due to client delay of 48 hours or more from time proofs are submitted for feedback or information is requested for design progress. (Add $25 per occurrence) May possibly be waived if prior notification of delay is given by client.
• Extended wait period for payments due (Net 10 from invoice date) – Add 10% for every 5 bank days past due.
• Additional variations of completed design requested after initial design approval.
• Additional services being required by Good Seed Design not included in initial charges such as print management or product development.

- Projects $150 and under are to be paid in full before designing begins.

- Projects over $150 require 50% down payment before designing begins.

- Extended project turnaround time due to client delay (compared to estimated turnaround time) may result in unscheduled payments being made on balance due.

Example: (If balance due is $200 and project cannot be completed in a timely fashion due to client delay, the client may be asked to make two 50% payments on the amount of balance due. Payment schedule will be negotiated.

- Payments may be made by check, cash or online via credit/debit card. Online payments require an additional .06 cents per dollar for processing fees. (Make checks out to Good Seed Design)

• Final payment is made when project is complete. Payment must be received before the final completed project is delivered to the payer.

By making payment in partial or in full, it is understood that the client agrees to the terms of this payment policy.
